However if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.
Return Terms and Conditions:
You have the option to return or exchange items purchased on realkart.in Return/Exchange acceptance varies from 5 days to 7 days of the order of item.

We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same. In case of product return, we will issue refund once we receive the product back. Refund will take time to reflect in customer's account about 4 to 5 working days. We do not accept any returns after 24 hours of receiving the shipment and who had not make returns & cancellations on realkart.in or not inform by communications.
Refunds are not offered. All sales are final. Replacements are offered only if the product was received in damaged condition. For all other device-related issues, please contact the brand authorized service centre directly. Only one (1) replacement will be provided in the unlikely event that the product is defective.

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
Colour & description disclaimer:
We do not accept return or exchange requests for inner wear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes and free items Fine jewellery products must be returned within 24 hours from the day of delivery,
Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 12 hours of the receipt of the products. Any complaint will not accepted after 24 hours of the receipt of the products.
At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods. We will issue 80% refund of unstitched product price. (20% will be Order Processing & other recurring Charges). We will not refund the custom duties, shipping cost and taxes, if applicable.
Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift. If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, colour, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only fairly approximate values.
Beads and sequences missing or coming off:
While every endeavour has been made to accurately reproduce colour, there may be minor variations in colour of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and colour settings and capabilities of monitors. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in colour as seen on a computer screen against the actual colour of the outfit received.
We believe that customers who are ordering items with sequence and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided altogether. Many a times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual sequences and beads come off. Many a times it may happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor. Or you wear the dress and in a few hours you might lose some of them. Do not panic or over-react because if you look with a magnifying glass at any such dresses / Saree worn by others, you will most certainly find some pieces missing or almost at a state of falling down.
